Derick & Morgan
Our story
It all started in high school, when Morgan made the nationals twice on a barrel horse all trained by her. She trained her rodeo horses from the ground up & decided to start training publicly in 2010. In 2013, Morgan bred her first mare, and by 2014 had her own stallion. In 2016, Morgan met the love of her life- Derick, who would now be along for the ride. Morgan would go on to continue not only training horses, but starting a breeding program that stays up with the modern genetics of the industry. By 2018, Morgan & Derick were happily married & started Money Maker Performance Horses.
Growing the program
With over 14 years of experience, Money Maker Performance Horses continues to grow, offering prospects for sale every year from their breeding program, breeding their stallion, training in multiple disciplines with a specialization in barrel horses, as well as hauling and showing of horses.
